What Am I Certain About?

Think about it! All we hear is how uncertain the times we live in are these days. While talking to Jesus about what is going on; he made me realize I need to think about what I am certain about. The word certain means to know or proved to be true and to be assured in mind or action. May we pause and think about what is certain as a child of God. I realize that there are many topics I could bring to mind but right now in the moment we are living in this truth is so important. Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Heb. 6:18 That by two unchanging things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong comfort, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us. We can be certain Jesus won’t change and can’t lie. What comfort in a world that is going through drastic change. His Word is proven to be truth so think about this as you pray. John 9:31 Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, he hears him. We must be certain that he hears and answers our prayers. At this time many have more time to pray, but we must not doubt that he hears and will answer in his time and according to his will. He also wants to over answer our prayers. Eph. 3:20 Now to him that is able to do exceeding and abundantly above all we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Most could quote it but are they certain he will do it? This is a promise that he will do more than you ask or can image! I have seen this over and over again in my life. Be certain when you pray that he can’t change and he can’t lie that is impossible. Think on these things that you as his child can be certain of. I will do more on this subject this week. Stand fast in your faith and when you pray be certain he hears and answers. Amen
