Are You Optimistic?

Think about it! Are you optimistic in these perilous times? No believer should be pessimistic. Have you ever lived with or been around someone who if you say the sky is blue they say it is green? If you have you know it didn’t lift your spirits.You can tell that believer hasn’t allowed their mind to be renewed in Christ. People like that have no hope and can’t edify anyone. Check your own attitude and be sure in these days or at anytime you don’t loose hope. I Peter 1:13 Gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and HOPE to the end for grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. A.W.Tozer said, Attitude is all important. If your a pessimist you have no hope, put your hope in Christ, he can’t fail and he can’t lie or change. Repent of not seeing the goodness of our Lord even in the dark valleys of life. He is the lily of every valley and He is with you and even carrying you through to the mountain tops. He manifests himself in the valley. I Peter 1:8 Whom having not seen, you love; in whom though now you see him not, yet believing, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory. People who are pessimistic aren’t walking in faith but in sight, trying to reason everything out. Disappointment, discouragement etc. will steal your hope and faith if you aren’t careful. Stay awake in Christ and a lady once said, Attitude is the paintbrush; it colors all situations. A Christlike attitude never looses hope or faith in God. Think about what kind of attitude you have and if it doesn’t line up with the Lords then repent and get it right. He is in control of this old world and has already triumphed over all darkness! Amen. Be happy in Jesus. He loves you and I, that has carried me through every valley, those big loving arms sustained me and will sustain you. Jesus is so Good.
